The mid-mounted 4.3-liter F136E V8 features a flat-plane crankshaft, dual overhead camshafts on each cylinder bank, four valves per cylinder, variable valve timing, Bosch Motronic ME7 engine management, and dry-sump lubrication. Factory-rated output was 483 horsepower and 343 lb-ft of torque, which is sent to the rear wheels through a six-speed manual transaxle and E-Diff electronically controlled limited-slip differential. A set of Capristo exhaust headers with heat blankets has been added, along with a Capristo exhaust mounting bracket designed to accommodate heat expansion.

The Carfax report is free of accidents or other issues and lists four owners with registration events in Connecticut, New York, and Pennsylvania. Videos below include driving footage and a ride along demonstrating the exhaust sound with the windows up and down, as well as a drone tour of the exterior.

This 2006 Ferrari F430 Spider was ordered in Nero over a matching Nero leather interior along with optional Challenge wheels, Scuderia fender shields, a Challenge rear grille, yellow brake calipers, Daytona power-operated seats, carbon fiber interior trim, and more. Modifications include a carbon fiber finned rear diffuser, a Capristo exhaust system, and Fabspeed high-flow exhaust headers. Recently serviced including a California emissions pass, this F430 Spider is now being offered at auction by its seller out of California showing just over 15k miles on the odometer.
